1 Combine milk and chia seeds in a bowl or mason jar. Pour 2 cups (473 mL) of unsweetened milk of your choice, such as coconut, almond, cashew, or 2% milk, into a bowl or mason jar. Dump 6 tbsp (90 g) of chia seeds in after the milk. Mason jars are great if you want to make several batches of chia seed pudding and easily store them to take on
Stirthe coconut milk, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt in a pint glass jar. Whisk in the chia seeds until evenly dispersed. Seal the jar. Chill to thicken. Refrigerate overnight to thicken the pudding. Chia pudding is set when the seeds swell to almost double their size and have an opaque area of gel around them.
Instructions Mix the milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan (but not too small). Sprinkle the gelatin over the top and stir the mixture with a whisk until the gelatin is almost dissolved. Put the mixture over low to medium heat.
Whisktogether the egg, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside. Add the milk, cream, rice and salt to a medium-sized saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer until the rice is tender, about 20-25 minutes.
